Because I accept limited sessions per week, I am often booked weeks in advance. Please reach out. I will do my best to accommodate immediate needs.

What To Expect

What type of session are you looking for? I want your experience to be easy, fun, stress-free, and simple for both you and your high school senior. Reach out! I will be happy to answer any questions you have through a phone consultation.

Complete Paperwork

So we both understand the session agreement, complete the booking paperwork and ask questions. This will ensure you will get what was agreed upon at the time of initial consultation. Paperwork will be emailed to you or you can grab it off my website.

Prepare For Your Session

To make sure the images come together, make sure your senior is comfortable, outfits planned, and he/she looks their best. The style you are going for and the selected backdrop play a role in deciding what you wear — semi-casual, business, or both.

Decide How To Display Images

Prior to your session, think through how you will want to display your images throughout your home, whether desk prints, large canvases, framed portraits, or albums. In addition to the images that come with your package, additional items may be purchased A' La Carte.

Viewing, Ordering & Delivery

You will receive an email notification to view images through your personal online gallery. It may take up to 14 days for post-production completion. Once you select digital images included with the package, a gallery will then be prepared for image download. Additional images can be purchased A' La Carte.

Post A Positive Review

If you were happy with your session experience as well as your final images, I would love to receive a photo of how your images were displayed on walls, calendars, frames, etc. A positive review is always appreciated and can be submitted under   "Guestbook" through my webpage.

 √ Masks: Must Be Worn By the Photographer, Assistant, and Anyone Not Being Photographed.

 √ Accompaniment: Due to Limited Studio Space, One Parent May Attend In-Studio.

 √ Six Feet Distance Must Be Kept at All Times Between Photographer, Assistant and Anyone Not Being Photographed.

DEPOSIT: A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR SPOT. THE DEPOSIT GOES TOWARD THE SESSION FEE. ONCE THE SLOT IS FILLED, IT IS DIFFICULT TO FILL IF THE SESSION IS CANCELLED. IN THE CASE THE SESSION IS CANCELLED WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE SESSION, THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. IF THE PHOTOGRAPHER IS ABLE TO FILL YOUR SPOT WITH ANOTHER CLIENT, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED. THE DEPOSIT COMPENSATES THE PHOTOGRAPHER FOR TIME, EFFORT, AND MONEY EXPENDED UP TO THE SESSION AND/OR INCOME LOST DUE TO THE CANCELLATION. CONTRACT TO BE COMPLETED AT TIME OF DEPOSIT.

LIABILITY OF INJURY OR UNCOOPERATIVE PARTICIPANTS WAIVER: BY AGREEING TO A PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION WITH MARTHA BOYKIN PHOTOGRAPHY, I AM HEREBY WAIVING, RELEASING, AND DISCHARGING MARTHA BOYKIN PHOTOGRAPHY AND ALL ITS AFFILIATES, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT OF THE ENTITIES OR PERSONA AND ANIMALS/PETS RELEASED, FOR DEATH, DISABILITY, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PROPERTY THEFT, OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHICH MAY HEREAFTER OCCUR TO ME OR MY FAMILY INCLUDING MY TRAVELING TO AND FROM THIS EVENT. MARTHA BOYKIN PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES INFLICTED UPON PARTICIPATING PARTIES. CLIENT(S) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN, PETS, AND FOR THEMSELVES AND RELEASE PHOTOGRAPHERS FROM ANY CLAIMS AGAINST THEIR PERSON OR THEIR BUSINESS. THE CLIENT SWEARS THAT EACH PERSON IS PARTICIPATING VOLUNTARILY IN THE SAID PHOTOGRAPH SESSION AND FORFEIT ALL RIGHT TO BRING A SUIT AGAINST MARTHA BOYKIN, MARTHA BOYKIN PHOTOGRAPHY, AND HER AFFILIATES FOR ANY REASON. MARTHA BOYKIN PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNCOOPERATIVE PARTIES. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE BEHAVIOR OF CHILDREN AND PETS IS UNPREDICTABLE, HOWEVER, A PHOTOGRAPHER IS NOT LIABLE IF CHILDREN/PETS DO NOT COOPERATE DURING THE SESSION.  

FEE COVERS: USAGE OF STUDIO & CAMERA EQUIPMENT, PROPS, COSTUMES, 1 HOUR PREPARATION, 2-3 HOUR POST-PRODUCTION, PRESENTATION & PACKAGING, SERVICES, ON-LOCATION TRAVEL COSTS, WEBSITE, CLIENT PERSONAL ONLINE GALLERY, TAXES — NO PRODUCT TAXES WILL BE ADDED TO CLIENTS’ COSTS. POST-PRODUCTION RETOUCHING: REMOVING LEASHES, CLEANING OF TEAR STAINS, CLEANING UP FUR COVERING THE EYES, WHITENING TEETH, BRIGHTENING EYES, REMOVING STAINING ON THE FACE, CLEANING UP FUR, REMOVING DROOL AND FOAM, ADDING FUR TO A SHAVED AREA, ETC.

SOCIAL MEDIA: CD LOW-RES IMAGES WITH A LOGO MAY BE PURCHASED FOR SOCIAL MEDIA. **THESE ARE NOT FOR PRINT.

NOTE: SO THAT THE PHOTOGRAPHER IS ABLE TO KEEP OTHER COMMITMENTS TO CLIENTS, PLEASE MAKE AN EFFORT TO BE ON TIME. FEES WILL BEGIN AND END AT THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. ADDITIONAL TIME MAY BE PURCHASED IF THE SCHEDULE PERMITS. IF MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE, ADDITIONAL FEES WILL APPLY IF TIME RUNS OVER THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED ADMISSION/PARKING/USAGE/RENTAL FEES SHALL BE COVERED BY THE CLIENT. PLEASE, CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS VARIOUS LOCATION CHOICES AND ANY ADDITIONAL PHOTO RIGHTS COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE LOCATION.
